Is there any way to adjust the IVP8 disconnect sensitivity. Customer is complaining that calls are getting dropped while leaving messages due to the vm not sensing any sound.

what revision level do you have if the voice mail is a r3 you need to do a software up grade to r4

Upgrade the voice driver to 2.05
