Got in a 40i with a k4rcu3a, stratagy dk in slot 17 and rstu3 in slot 15. Trying to get this working with books and very little Toshiba know how. Here is my problem. I cannot navigate vm ( it answers ) when calling from a digital phone. If I call from a single line port via the rstu3 I can navigate just fine. It seems as if the dtmf does not exist. I was thinking maybe the k4cru might be bad. Is this card a dtmf rec,and generator. It recognizes the dtmf from the sl and routes to the right extentions so it seems ok. I have played with this all day with no luck. Also I have used admin3 to reset the stratagy dk for the 40i. Set the program 3 and checked and set the program 31. Still no joy. It seems as if this basic access from a digital port should come right. Any help would be great. John

What are you dialing to navigate ? * or # , if so put a speed dial key on the digital phones, or try dial *#*, to use the * key and #*# ,to use the # key

Steve I think he just needs to finish the system programming. But that is way to much to type out my advice would be to get in contact with on of the Mods for a hour of Tech support by phone and get the programming right.

Just a few tweaks and it is up and running.
