I have a customer that changed the password for 999, is there a way to reset it without the software.

Without the software, I think you are screwed.

Short answer....No. Find someone with the software and have them dial into it.

All you need is the Stratagy Admin software and a Null modem cable to fix this.

Hopefully the admin software passcode is not changed as well!!!!
