DKI admin version 4.3.3

How can I change the station that rings from an external call when the operator does not pick up or is on another line?

I have looked in programs 80-83 and set the proper ports for a 12s delay for the station that I want to have ring when the operator does not pickup.

I'm at a loss here. thanks for any help.
81 is day ringing,82 is 12 sec. delay for day, 83 is 24 sec. delay for day/ 87 is night ringing, 88 is 12 sec. delay for night, 89 is 24 sec. delay for night.

one thing you may be missing is that you need to light the lines you want to ring, starting with the bottom button for line 1, button 2 = line 2, and so on

I have lite up all 8 CO lines for 12s delay and 24s delay for Day. If you mean place the check mark by each CO line for specified port.

12s should go to a specified port, like 35, and 24s should go to port 20. each having a different ext.

Still not working it continues to go to port 24 which has had all check marks removed.

Is this all that has to be done. or is there another program that has to be configured. Thanks
look at program 04 to make sure you are programing the correct port

It's physical port 0 for user ext 200, logical port 500 for operator.

I've set 12s delay for physical port 0 in program 82 to ring at port 35, or ext 235

Still nothing
Is the operator (500) a phantom key on the phone? if so, you need to use program *71, *72 and *73

Yes and no. It's a phantom DN but not a phone key.

when I set the 12s delay for port 0 in programs *71-*73 it no longer rings to any station.

It's set to the ports that I want it to ring forward to in program 82 & 83.
Hi and Welcome to the board. I hope that we can all answer your questions for you but if you will please fill out your profile in the correct fashion it will be much easier to assist you.

First thing is are you telephone lines copper or possibly a T-1 or PRI?

Calls ring in directly to the Operator station or through the voice mail to the operator?

In pgm 39 what is the key on the Operators telephone set that the calls ring to? Is it the Intercom #000 or a key programmed ##500?

Is port 24 your voice mail?
What happens if you call the station number associated with port 24 in pgm 04?

Once again welcome

1. Copper but centrex
2. Voice mail...Stratagy6
3. Not sure ?? I think Phantom DN #500
4. Port 24 is an ext not a voice mail

Thanks I will work on the profile.
If the voice mail is transferring to the Operator station then its a single transfered call. You can call forward the Operators phone to another, unless that phone has voice mail.
You should have the transfer out of VM goto a Phantom and ring, delay ring multiple stations. This change would have to be made on the telephone programming side and the Stratagy voice mail programming side.
If your not trained on the programming of these two systems then I would advise not to attempt it but get a certified technician to get it accomplished in the quickest most painless fashion.

We got it. Changed the DN in program *71-*73 to 500 which changed the port to phantom port 500 and phantom DN 500. all seems to work now. thanks for all the help.
