Can anyone give me your opinion of the quality of the reports for Oasis. How detailed, are they easy to read, and so on. We are looking at Nortel or Toshiba for our Buisness Center. It all rides on the ACD reports. What ones are better.

Make the equipment provider show the report samples...this is kinda subjective as what may be easy and clear to me may not provide the level of info you want. The sales folks should be more than happy to provide them.

Taske reports are awesome! dont know what Nortel has to offer so I cant compare

TASKE reports are good as is Insight, which are the two offered with a Toshiba ACD system. The dealer you are working with should be able to provide you from both TAKSE and Insight.
