I have an ext. 17 that is call forward busy/no answer to ext. 22 (voice mail). The call goes to voice mail, but to the wrong mail box; it goes to mail box 34. Any ideas?

Reset the ID code in the phone
icm # 65691 17 redial and
icm # 65792 17 redial
