Hello all!

Has anyone out there had experience with upgrading a Stratagy DK from release 2 to release 3 - specifically with various prompts not working after the update? Going from release 2 to release 3 you need to update the prompt files and I think I may need to re-do the prompt file upload to correct this problem. Since I did this they are missing the prompts that tell them how many new/saved messages they have when they log in and at the end where it says "end of messages".

Any thoughts or ideas?

Did you do the 3.3B urgrade? If you are at Rel. 3 I would upgrade to 3.3. There is a to learn more about 3.3 software link on the bottom of the page for the Stratagy DK on Toshiba's site

The issue ended being that I had to change the set_prompt_file to 'English3' instead of just 'English'. They use the English3 file as part of the release 2 to release 3 update and when I did the DST updae after that it changed that parmeter back to 'English'. All I had to do was set it to English3 and reboot and all the prompts came back!!!
