I can't access the messages on one of our phones because the person who recently was in charge of that phone no longer works with us and we don't know what she changed her password to. Is there a way to reset the password on that phone to retrieve two messages that have been left on there?

Log into box 999, from there you can do BASIC admin on your system. You will need the security code for that as well. If you do not know it, your vendor will be able to help you.

Do you know what the brand of your VM system is (Toshiba, Teleco, AVT, etc...)

That will help narrow down the password reset & or Admin process.

If you do not know, it should be in or near where the physical phone system is.
