Can a strata 280 transfer incoming calls to an outside location. The call comes into an operator station, and they want to be able to transfer the call to a salesmans cell phone. How is it done? Thanks for the help. :db:

The system must be on s/w rel. 3.2 or higher and programmed to allow it. While on a call you would press cnf/trn button then dial the outside number and then press cnf/trn button again and hang up.

Have the dial tone provider enable three way calling, call comes in press flash , dial cell number hang up

if this doesnt work you need to ensure Two-Exchange Line Conference/Allowed is enable in 10-1 also PSTN Line to PSTN Line Conference Allowed in 10-5 and Exc. Line to Exc.Line Connection with Station Dropout is enabled in prog 15.
