any SMDR software available for a strata system ?
I already have my licence and my card for the serial port log output, but all the data is in a raw format, had to do reports with it..

There are many different SMDR call acounting software packages. Take a look at Tapit, it can be found at trisys.com.
There is Ultimate Call Accounting, and then I believe Tapit from Trysis also works with the Toshiba.
I've learn that toshiba SMDR don't give internal call log ???

I have always liked the ultimate call accounting product line. Good stuff.
The DK's never did internal call collection, however I do believe the new CTX/CIX do.

You are correct CIX will record internal. Tapit or Ultimate will work fine. I have installed many of each and think both are equally good.
Ultimate call accounting told me toshiba don't log internal calls for sure
I had a doubt so I've check with hyperterminal, conencted to my cabinet, and I saw it only log external from the toshiba phone, no external call to the toshiba and no internal call
what can I do ?
I think I have everything updated, my "cpu" card got the latest firmware, go few IP phones installed too
Taske Essentials will log internal calls and does not use an SMDR port.
Talk to me phonemeister, we have just ordered a new CIX and MAS with Stratagy and ACD. We also just got the price for the NEW version of ultimate so we can track those internal calls, Does Taske Essentials replace all of Ultimate? Does it have good reporting? I have never used the Taske software on the Insight.
Just found out that CTX/CIX will not record internal calls over the SMDR port.
will need something like Taske Essentials to do this. They are getting a price for me. Can't be more than the Ultimate upgrade.
Taske uses the CSTA port which is the ethernet port of the processor. Siffleu, your Toshiba dealer can give your more info and pricing.
Question why do want to record internal calls?
the reason why I want to monitor internal call is because somes users lost their time talking to phone with other poeple. When a couple is in the house and loose too much time, it's time to monitor..

just learn there is a way with my ACD to record log of internal call...
will try this first
