Hello Everyone:

i hope i have an easy question for you. i have a CIX/CTX and a user has requested that she would like to see her bosses line on her phone. she would like it to possibly have a light indicator. is this possible? i know i can do it on my norstars, but can't seem to figure it out on the toshiba.

any help would be appreciated.

You are talking about a DSS key (Direct Station Seletion) that allows to see if they are on the phone? Not an actually CO line right?

Since from your previous post I see you are using eManager, so this would be easy. Under key assignments, Directory, add a DSS key with that extension. When they are on the phone it will light up. Press it to call the extension.

Yes, it is easily assigned.

Do you have access to the admin program, or manuals?

This is something the user can do. Check the user guide.
