Hi Guys i have a problem on a system i recently installed and was hoping to achieve caller history information via the CLID key on handsets missing calls however customer is insiting on multiple phones ringing rather than individual phones ringing is ther any way of obtaining missed call information via this key with muiltiple phones ringing.

I believe there is a way to do what you want by making one of the ringing ext's the "owner" of the trunks. Its gonna be just that one ext that stores the call history though.

When you say own the trunks do you mean owning perhaps owning GCO keys

Hi i managed to reference my ilg to a gco key i presented that key on handsets made 1 person the owner of the gco's it worked perfectly if call missed on his CLID key thanks alot
