Hello. I'm new to Toshiba phone systems. I got EKT6520-SD phone. Every time someone is calling my extension it goes to speaker. How can I make it to ring all the time?

Phone: EKT6520-SD
System: Strata DK280

That feature is changed in System Programming....
It is not really an end user function. You would be wise to contact your local Toshiba Dealer.

The whole system is either ring or voice announce but if it is set for voice you can make the phone you are calling ring by pressing either 1 or 2 (I forget which, easy to test) and the phone will go to ringing mode.

If the whole system is set for voice announce it is possible to make your phone ring and let the others be voice announce but that is pretty much beyond what we could teach you to do, not hard for a good tech.
