Hi all, we have a customer who has about 50 System speed dials for their business which mainly consist of their sales reps around the country. They amend their system speed dials via My Phone Manager
The problem they have is that when they add new names and numbers or amend existing ones on their system speed dial list it invariably knocks someones inbound name off the phone, ie when a rep calls in on their mobile (which is stored in the speed dial list) their name comes up in the LCD screen along with their number. Like I say though when they alter the list someones name 'drops' off the list - it remains within the speed dial list but the name isn't displayed when they dial in.

CLEAR AS MUD I bet.

They have a CTX AR3.1 MK 48, the lines are PRI to a RPTU1f from a DKT 280

I've been on the phone to Tosh a couple of times today, they asked me to check if the customer has left a space at the start of the name entry - they haven't!

Help, im drowning!
Maybe clear the history in the phones after you update the names in the system speed dials?
