I believe the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC would be a good place to start looking. Look in their card catalog under Telephone Systems, Aged/Decrepit/Manufacture Discontinued.
Seriously thou, someone here will probably have them, good gracious, I still work on 1A2 every once in a while.
