I canot setup one ext in stratagy vm system, getting "Unable to do that at this time . . ."
I have done this before with other exts, but today im getting that message, I alredy delete the ext in the vm and created again, but still getting the same message. any idea how fix it.
Log on with the admin program and add the new mailbox.
ok /In the DKi admim program, what is the number of the program to add the new mailbox. Sorry im new in this system.
DK admin is for the phone system not the voicemail. Which VM do you have ? Stratagy DK , IVP8 , Stratagy Flash ??
Using software Stratagy VDK 3.31 with card IVP8
Will it let you add it through the Admin program ?
The mailbox that you are trying to use is probably locked up. If you connect using Admin, and look at your ports, one is probably in use. A restart will fix it.
