I am looking for a manual for a phone DKT2010-h and what type of phone system it may be running on. Any help I can get will be nice. Thanks.

That Phone works on Toshiba: DK,CTX & CIX. As far as a manual it would be system specific.

I see your "from" information indicates you reside in Canada, realize that there are Toshiba America and Toshiba Canada phones, which are not interoperable. Verify which you have, before you use it in conjunction with a system.
