Installing refurb 670. Unable to assign cards to slots. I get VB script: CIX console, type mismatch for property: card slot TEI.
Using emanager ver 4.12A05 with a cix670 with a AR5.20 ver software. all of the other programs work OK, just card slot. Please help.
Can you get the latest version of network emanager? Is it all types of cards or a specific type that won't program?
Hi Pat, No, my access to the FYI is limited. In prog 100, it won't let me install any cards; I tried several types, no go. I reinitialized the system, no go. I can access the other program areas, it's just 100. I haven’t been a dealer for a few years. Any help would be appreciated.
Errors on card slot assignments is a very common problem when your emanager is older then the software running on the CIX. I think your only choice is to get a copy of the new Network Emanager, or figure out how to assign the cards in phone programming.
Indeed. I would bet money that it is your emanager that is holding you up.
