I heard recently that Microsoft Automatic Updates has created an issue with Network eManager. You might try to uninstall the update and try again. Just a thought. It has not affected mine yet.

Dan, I had that same situation yesterday. I got so frustrated, I called in to tech support, only to hang up after being on hold for 15 minutes. I went back to the shop, and deleted all the instances of NeM (there were three....), and the SQL server, and C++. Then I downloaded a new NeM from FYI. Before, I could not get past the login screen. Now, I can get past that to the connect to equipment screen. Hopefully, on Monday, I can connect to an actual system!! smile Sure did take a long time, tho. I did notice, while I was in the "add/remove" program section of Windows, that there were quite a few recent updates to the .NET Framework. So I think that's where the problem might lie. My NeM quit working directly after the updates were downloaded.
