All,

I have a CIX670, numbers follow:
Equipment Type: CIX670 : B--U
Equipment Version: AR5.20 MT022.00
VM Sofware Version: 5.5.26

Is there a way to determine uptime of the 670?

Thanx in advance!!

Up-time??? Power Failure ??? or Mean Time Failure, how long the life expectancy is of your equipment.
Please define up-time.

I don't believe so.

It may be possible. I seem to remember seeing time since last reboot when I was playing with a 3rd party utility using SNMP. I'll check when I get back in my office.

If you have a Toshiba voice mail (they have total run time)check the up time of the voice mail. That could give you and idea.

I justed checked, and using Solarwinds SNMP MIB viewer tools, it tells me the last boot of the CIX system.

I don't know if they have a trial version or some other tools can get SNMP info fcrom the CIX.

The voicemails reboot, or at least restart Stratagy in the case of recent IES versions, every tuesday, so the voicemail uptime may only show the last week. If you have an IES that only restarts stratagy on tuesday then you can possible look at the OS uptime.
