We just re-installed a dk16 and a amanda work.place for a customer. We have the voicemail working with the phones except for the message waiting indicator when pressed just turns off. The notify strings are setup properly in the voicemail and we are using 656, 91, ext, rdl, spk. and 657, 92, ext, rdl, spk. for the system vmid's but it is not working, any ideas would be appreciated!

91 and 92 , are for Toshiba VM , not sure what it would be for the Amanda .

It is the same thing for the amanda. Just make sure that you have the toshiba pbx defined

I'm not sure if this is the issue, but prg 10-2 LED 4, when off when cancel the MWI as soon as you call the VM and the VM answers. When on, it will only cancel MWI when the VM tuns the light off with the #64 code.

So, does voicemail even answer when you press the MSG button? Program 10-2 LED 04 should be on. Make sure program 13 has the lowest vm port number.
