HEY GUYS, TRYING TO GET THE INCOMING CALL LOG TO SHOW ON A PHONE EXTENSION,

HAVE GONE TO CALL HISTORY TERMINAL IN NETWORK EMANAGER, AND ASSIGNED THE GCO KEY, INDEX 1-5 AND EXTENSION (200)TO FOR MISSED CALLS TO STORE ON, AND THEN GONE TO STATION DKT SETTING AND ENABLED THE CALL HISTORY MEMORY TO 10 ON THE STATION IE:200, WE HAVE CALLER ID ACTIVATED ON THE LINES (SIP)

BUT WHEN I MAKE A CALL FROM MY MOBILE AND LET IT RING A COUPLE OF TIMES THAN HANG UP, IT DOESNT SHOW THE MISSED CALL,

NOTE: EXTENSION 200 IS APART OF A MULTIPLE CALL GROUP....

ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO WHERE IVE GONE WRONG?

make extension 200 the owner of the lines , you can douuble click on the line button to do this , that is the only way I have been able to store missed calls.

Hi Joel

You will have to target the DID to the GCO in P309 as well as dialing digits + MCG pilot as you can only set the call history store for the DN,CO,GCO or Pool Line and you are not able to set the DN of the MCG but only a physical extn.

Set P577 3 09 (GCO 9 for example) to 200
