I have a digital phone running on a CIX670 that will not call forward to voicemail. When I look at station with emanager the phone is setup just like others in the office which call forward properly. If I go to the phone and enter #604 for CFBN to the VM pilot the display shows it is set, but it will not call forward, if someone is on the phone is will ring busy. If the phone is idle a transferred call will recall back after 30 seconds. Any ideas?

The #604 code is incorrect for a CIX system. In the basic tab, the SCF template should be the same as the others. If it is the same, try entering #620 on that phone.

newtecky beat me to the #620, Activate System call Forward. And yes #604 is not a valid feature code for forwarding, maybe you meant #6041?
