On a CTX 100, can the station names be changed from just a phone, or do you have to use the WinAdmin software?

Is the only source for the WinAdmin from the original dealer? The client is not on good terms with them. They gave them the impression that they were a local company but apparently flew in from LA, installed, collected and left. Could you point me in the right direction?

Can you find out what software version they're on now?
You can also check the Installer link at the top of this page. You may find a local dealer.
They added the feature that lets you change an extension name some time around ver 2.21 or 2.22. Just going by memeory, this was about 5 years ago.
The bad part is that it is turned off by default, so someone will have to enable this feature if the software level supports it.
That's why I wanted to know what version they're on now. I think the feature was added in 2.22 MH227.
Can you tell me what key sequence would give me the version #?
