Hello!

We have 5 sites connected via meshed IPSEC tunnels.
Site 1 has CIX670
Site 2 has CIX100
Site 3,4,5 have remote extensions

We have 2 users at Site 3 with their extensions hanging off Site 1 and everything works perfectly for them. Recently we have a user who moved from Site 2 to Site 3 with his extension still on Site 2. He can make calls to Site 1 without issue but when he calls Site 2 they can hear him but he can't hear them. Data traffic flows fine between all three sites. I've checked the programming on his phone and all IP settings etc. are correct.

Any thoughts?

Try changing "nat no peer to peer" to enabled in ipt data.

Have you experienced this issue again RWK? I have been having alot of my sites (not setup with QSIG) that are having this issue. Callers call in and they are not able to hear anyone but the Toshiba phone user can hear the caller. I have also had this issue on internal DKT to DKT calls as well.
Did you ever resolve your issue?
