Every Tuesday at 0200 the IES resets itself and does not come back up. I get a call every Tuesday morning that its down. Under configurator, scheduler i can see that is set to do the reset every Tuesday at 0200. I delete it, but i reset the IES it pops back in there. Any ideas on how to make it stop???

Depending on what version you have, there is an update to the SES_RESTART instead of the OS_SHUTDOWN.
A Toshiba dealer can upgrade that for you. Also have the dealer replace what's in the persistence data folder.
