Hi - does anyone know how to re-program the Toshiba dk424 to change the # of rings? Right now it is programmed for 3 rings but we want to increase it to 4 or 5. HELP!!! (please :shrug: )

Depending on how your system is set up, it will either be the ringing programs 81-89 or your call forward no answer timer.

Thanks - but what are the ringing programs 81-89? I am getting in on the phone system long after its initial set-up and manuals are gone, the original programmer is gone, and I'm at a total loss.

Programing the DK424 for the first time is not for the faint of heart. My advise to you is to get a certified technician in there to make the changes. Maybe he will even train you to make minor changes by yourself. Good Luck.
