I have a DK40i with a Stratagy Flash VM. The Stratagy has stopped accepting new messages. Checking the status via the admin mailbox shows the disk is full.

Is there any way to access disk management from a phone? If not, is there someone here who could provide the Stratagy VM management software?

I've tried contacting the sysadmin from the organization that donated this system, but he can't find a copy of it, and the local Toshiba dealer they dealt with has been unresponsive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What Steve said. Have each user log into their mailbox and delete messages. Don't forget general mailboxes like '0'. Usually that fills up because noone checks it.

Thanks,
I did send out an email asking employees to clear their old messages which works short term, but gets repetitive for me and for them. We also have a few VM boxes that I know no matter how clear I make it that it's a certain person's responsibility to clean it, will remain unchecked and uncleaned.

As I understand it, with the software I can cull messages older than a given date systemwide.
