Hi. I'm trying to connect to a port on OAISYS Server (or whatever the new name maybe) to get Agent / ACD information.

I am able to connect using a TCP port to 8768 but it tells me CF,MONITOR,1,792,L,Client Not Logged in.

Does anyone have any docs / info that can get me past the login stage ? I've no login and the doc I do have: MIS Protocol_Rev2_5-1.doc (shipped with the system) shows no login details / requirements?
