Hey There, i have a Dk 16 In a new customer that got hit by lightning , and it wasn't properly protected on the off premise site, any way i am trying to have 3 sets make local calls only but i seem a bit rusty on toll restriction i got it to do local calls but within the 2 area codes which the local calls are made there are also long distance calls so if i press 1-905 or 1-289 which are long distance calls it goes thru i am wondering what else i have to do to block the 1 , i believe i have 16 or 06 code in prog. 48 i think i tried them both and then i set up the allowed area codes and inter-office exchanges in 47 . :bang: Thanks for any help , i will be quoting them for something new once i have time. Thanks

HI! Alvaphonepro, with the DK 16 they use 2 digit code so it would be 13 which is class 1 so basically i have 16 which is class 4 and programmed with prog. 47 . So it won't make a difference. Thanks for trying , any one else have a solution ?? many Thanks .

Ahhh... Sorry I was into my DK 40 book. I haven't seen a Dk 16 in years...BobRobert can help you. I'm surprised that he hasn't chimed in.

If its been hit by lightening it could be worth reinitializing the toll restriction programming in prg 90 and starting again.
If you are going to stick with class 4 then you need to check the allowed codes in prg 46 table 4 then 4# to display the STD codes or prg 46 table 4 then 8# to display local codes. I'm not too sure of the numbering scheme in the States but on the DK16 here its code 6 in prg 45.1 to set the defaults.
If your still struggling reply with the allowed codes you find in prg 46 and we can work it back from there.
