Hi,

We have two systems connected together (node 1 and node 2 in the same room). The outside lines are in node 1 (1 PRI and 8 CO lines (not connected anymore because I think my 2 RCOU are dead. It pick up the line as soon as I plug the trunk.)

So my problem is that I can dial 9+911 from node 1 but I have a fast busy signal when I dial 9+911 from node 2. (but, I can dial 9+311, 9+611, 9+811).

I compared the 2 DRL table and they are the same.

Any ideas?

9 normally follows LCR, as in the case with 9+311, 9+611, etc. E911 does not follow LCR. It goes out the OLG specified in the enhanced 911 setting.

Try disabling E911 in prog 105 system data.

E911 is already disabled in both system. (I'm not very familiar yet with the E911. I used to work in a Nortel environment for years and I never had to programmed it.)
So, does it means that my 911 follows the LCR?

Got it!
Enabling the E911 in both systems solved my problem.
