Anyone know if i can get *21*(telephonenumber)# onto a one touch key?

Everytime i do it it will not recognise the * someone suggested 440 or 441 as a substitute this fails as well. I want one of our customers to be able to divert a POT line without having to key info in.

I'm sure i remember a dial string to input the * but it escapes me frown

440 and 441 would be interpreted by the system as # and *, but since you are using a one touch, it is probabaly just sending thos digits as is.

I may have to double check the user's guide, but I think ** would be for a * entry, and *# for a #.

Newtecky is correct with the ** for a * and *# for a #
