I have a Toshiba CIX100 and a IVP8-R2 VM system. We are wanting to pull up caller ID logs. Is there a setting I can do to get these logs?
I am using the eManager and Strategy VM Manager.

Make sure CLASS is turned on in trunks if using analog lines.
Assign a CLID button on the set and assign it some call history memory in prog. 204

One more question. Can you change the attributes to say what time the person called or does it only list the number?
CID history will show date and time of the call
I see that. If you press page, it shows more information.
