Anyone have a solution for dialing into a CIX using Strata Messaging?

The usual forwarding to the modem access code doesn't seem to work.

The SM doesn't like it when you enter a # as part of the extension.

I was able to use a script mailbox, and instead of #, use the CIX equivalent, 440.
