I can go into 916 and read the IP address of a system, but emanager is just not letting me create a new contact and connect and it's driving me crazy. This is twice in a row with a 670 and now a 100 so either I've gotten so old I can't create a new contact right or my computer is screwed up.

Once I am in 916, how can I change the value back to default so I can just use a crossover cable and get this job done? I need to put in the 192 etc. and SAVE it.

I am putting in the community name correctly with the one capital needed, hoping that they didn't put in some other community name and if they did, what would I do then?

When I am creating a new account, the company names and all don't really matter, I am putting in the IP address listed in 916 and my IV4 adress in the computer is the same for the first three sections an different in the fourth section so I don't have a conflict there.

Getting too old for this stuff, Thanks, Bracha

NEVER MIND! If you follow the 916 instructions you can't do it, but, IF, you go through changing all four items in FB1, then hit Hold, then go though the items in FB2 then hit Hold, then go through the items in FB3 then hit Hold, THEN hit Hold again it seems to accept the change.

The directions in the Toshiba printed instructions are WRONG.

I still don't know why I couldn't make a proper new connection on site but I could tonight on a different machine so I will be OK now, Thanks, Bracha
