Hey Guys,
I have a CIX40 with DKT3210-SD phones.
We have 4 stations 201 - 204. The tech has the phone programing set up on 204. The led display shows this:
CF-ALL 6204-250
CF-All 5204-250
CALL 204-250V
I know what CF-ALL is doing. What I don't understand is the CALL program. I cannot find it in the telephone programing manual.
Does anyone have some insight on this?

I'm trying to set the number of rings on the last transfer. Network EManager and UAdmin have no effect.

Thank you,
Skip

Hello Skip.

The "Call 204-250V" is easy. It is basically it saying that ext 250 (voicemail) turned on your message light. It looks like you have a voicemail message. Once you clear your voicemail, this should go out.

The other messages, I would say that they are very likely additional Phantom extensions on your phone. Typically these phantom extensions are used for additional intercom keys to make and recieve calls.

Since these additional phantom keys are setup to go directly to voiemail, I would think that the tech's intent was to have all calls forward directly to voicemail whie your phone was in use. The 1st call would ring, but the 2nd and 3rd call would go directly to voicemail.

As far as the number of rings before your phone goes to voiemail, there is only one system timer for no answer that would effect everyone's extension. If you wanted only your phone to ring more or less rings before going to voicemail, you would have to turn off the system call forward for your extension, using either eManager, or entering the code #621. And then you would manually set the CF no answer rings using the #6031 (No answer) or #6041 (Busy/No Answer) codes found in the User's manaual.

As an example, if you wanted your phone to ring just a couple rings, you would enter the code #6041 250 08 #, to ring for 8 seconds before going to voicemail. An longer ring cycle of 24 seconds , #6041 250 24 #.

Hello David,

Thank you. When you are learning the CIX40 system, it doesn't take much to throw you off in the wrong direction.
