Is there a way to set up access codes so that when users dial out a specific caller ID number is displayed? I need to setup a few access codes.
Helps to know what Toshiba you are speaking of, older DK, CTX, CIX?

If this is a CIX and the phone trunk is a PRI, then there is a way, but it is difficult to setup, even for some Toshiba techs. Basically it involves setting up Call-by-Call and creating new OLG codes.

Under Trunks>Calling Number.... at the bottom of the screen you can assign one of the DID's to each station so that station will send that DID number. Make sure the DID is actually on that circuit and the carrier will allow you to override the default BTN.

Voyager - What I want to accomplish is:

A user dials code 65 from any extension. That call displays 867-5309 on the other end.
The same user dials 66 from the same extension, the call now displays 867-5310...

I need to setup a few codes like this...

You can do call-by-call for ISDN just like Newtecky pointed out. If you don't know how to do it, call tech support and they can help you out. Or you might have to bring someone in who can set it up for you.
