Can ping CIX100 but can't connect with emanager

Check the community name string.
Cycle power. Sometimes the admin port gets locked up.
Briefly disconnect the Ethernet cable to the processor and try a ping to verify there is no conflicts, and that you have the correct IP info.

Problem was the proper community name - one cap off
