Hello, I feel as if something simple is eluding me.

I setup a new extension, mimicking a working extension. The extension comes up as expected, all buttons work as programmed, the DID reserved for this extension also works. The issue I am having is when I call from the outside and key in the extension from the AA or call the DID directly, the extension never rings, but instead goes directly to VM. Like I said, I have compared this extension to others that are working correctly, both in Station Assignments and in the MAS. Everything seems to be programmed correctly.

I feel like I am overlooking something simple. Please help.

Calls going through AA make sure the mailbox associated with this extension isn't in DND.
You state the DID reserved for this extension also works but then state it doesn't ring the phone? please explain.
also check the extensions call forwarding.

What I meant was the DID arrives at the proper destination, but does not ring the phone.

Come to find out this extension had CF-All activated! Ironically I know I checked that from the set before, but for whatever reason it was on.
