NetPhone users can’t access call history in NetPhone. It just says “loading…â€
I have cleared the filters – suggestion?
Make sure the CallLog.txt file is in the Netphone directory on the computer. Depending on your Netphone version, the directory may be in the Application Data directory which is usually hidden by Windows. If it is, you can get there by going to %appdata%\toshiba\netphone in windows explorer.
Did what you suggested , now it loads and shows one call in there but wont show new calls history ??
Check the file properties on the CallLog file and make sure it's not "Read-Only".
