Stratagy Login Box: Line: Computer comes up with 127.0.0.1 does this need to be changed? I have default name and password, what am I missing? THANKS DD782

The IP address or DNS name of the VM server needs to be entered into the "Computer" field.

If you don't know the IP address of the server, mailbox 987 will provide that information assuming you know the password for the admin mailbox. ~ Mike

Just for your information, IP 127.0.0.1 points to your computer. Unless you are running the Stratagy Voicemail on your computer ( Which you are not), then it needs to point to the IP of the voicemial system.

There are some cases where you would be running the Admin software on the same machine as the voicemail software. In that case 127.0.0.1 would be valid while running admin on that machine. I am pretty confident that this is not the case here.
