Hi

I'm a Toshiba dealer in Canada. I'm trying to setup an SIP Ascom i62 on an MIPU in a CIX. Calls is not establish when I offhook on the Ascom when I call it and on the other the call doesn't work at all. I'm looking for some sort of a procedure or interoperability doc to have it working on CIX.

FYI Already tested on iPedge and it work like a charm.

Have you done a Wireshark trace when attempting to register to the CIX/MIPU?

Scenario where a DP5022-SD call the Ascom i62. When I answer with the Ascom i62 it keep ringing on the DP phone. When I look at the trace Iget the audio from the Ascom i62 but the call is never establish

Scenario where Ascom i62 call the D5022-SD. The call never work. When I hit send on the Ascom i62 it never ring on the DP and after a while I get a ''no channel available'' with fast busy.
