You will need to Wireshark it and see how they are responding to your SIP invite request.

I talked to their support, they said my end is only sending out OPTION, no INVITE

Maybe their system is not responding to the Options and the Toshiba thinks that the trunks are down. The Toshiba uses the options to check the SIP trunk every 60 seconds. Are you getting an immediate All Lines busy message?

You can try to disable the options in the SIP trunk settings and try again

Hi David, voip.ms uses URI for account number. now it's registered, but when i use my cell to call my sip, server sends an invite to pbx, and but pbx returns 403 forbidden. i wonder how to track what went wrong?
Posted By: Carlos#1 Re: MIPU connect to Voip.ms - 07/11/16 12:04 AM
If the system is responding with 403 forbidden then then SIP number is not matching in the URI table so the CIX100 is rejecting the invite.

Have you programmed the SIP DID number to ring at an extension or call group?

Hi Carl, I have programmed the sip did number to ring at an extension in Prog 309.
Both my SIP URI and SIP URI username are set to my account number, but voip.ms send back my phone number as SIP URI, is that why it's forbidden?
Posted By: Carlos#1 Re: MIPU connect to Voip.ms - 07/11/16 01:47 AM
Most likely

Are you able to put the phone number in the URI field and keep the username and password?
Posted By: thunderzhao Re: MIPU connect to Voip.ms - 07/11/16 02:26 AM
not really, voip.ms won't register unless i have account number in username and URI.
so what i did was changing the URI that voip.ms invites send.
so i have account@mycixIP, but CIX responded with trying 100trying and 404 not found. I added Trunk DID with last 4 digits of my account number. but it still says not found.

Is the account number the same as the phone number? The phone number on an incoming invite must be in the URI table or the call will be rejected by the CIX.

no they are not the same, and they have sub accounts which contain _
don't know if cix can read those properly

now i'm getting 480 temporarily unavailable, there must be setting in ILG or DID i didn't set right
