IP Edge with MicroMas-H VA ports error : Unable to connect to service: U-Unknown Service

Is there a way to restart the services without rebooting the ACD server?

You can stop just the VA host services from the Netserver . Just right click on the VA host and show, services then exit the running application.

Then start it back from the Start menu.

David, VA Host doesn't show in Netserver. Even when I go down to All Programs>Toshiba>Strata ACD> and run Voice Assistant the popup shows "Waiting for Dialogic Board Services to Start" and a cancel button.

I'm waiting until this evening to reboot both the IP edge and the MicroMas-H just really didn't want to work late on Friday night.

The easiest way to resolve Dialogic problems is by a reboot. You can run the Dialogic HMP configuration to make sure everything is green.
