We have a few phones that, when called, they flash but do not ring. Using eManager to remote in, what programming do I need to do to get the phone to ring and not just flash?

Hey Johnny,

Check under Station > Station Assignments > Choose extension that is not ringing > Go to Key tab at the top > Check the line buttons that are on the phone that are not ringing by double clicking the line button. Ensure that the line is set for ringing. This would be the simplest solution to check. HTH

Post back if this doesn't get you ringing and we'll go from there.

Still no solution. We have a few offices with a few users where their Toshiba phones only flash and do not ring. Even though the line is owned by the extension and it is set to Immediate Ring.

With the phones that do ring, does the Intercom flash green while it is ringing? The call could be going to a Multiple Call Group. When an MCG is used the line key ring settings are ignored.
