Hi All

After an attempt to setup a hunt group. We have lost the ability to dial 500(Voicemail). eManager seemed to crash while trying to configure the hunt group. When i now visit the hunt group page i get an error 'no records found' but the voicemail on all phones is still no good. Has anyone encountered this before?

Since you are down under I would suggest a PM to Carlos get him access to the system and let him rebuild what you ha e deleted. Hes going to charge you but a small price to pay for deleted voicemail.
