Had an old 424i processor die (first time for me.) I could still get inside to view programming. I put up a CIX100 as a replacement and manually transferred programming to the CIX. This was a rush job since it occurred on my delayed departure flight date. I got most the system up and running, only 16 phones on the fractional PRI. I can call the DID’s and the main number but caller ID is not working right. When the extension rings it displays the last 4 digits of the dialed number. You can recall the caller ID info by pressing the caller ID button but the system does not display it while the phone is ringing.
Not sure what I missed but this issue pretty much sucks for the customer.... Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Under System>System Data, change FK19 Display Preference to Caller ID,
