I have an IVP 8 that I need to reset admin password. I’ve worked on Toshiba for many years and actually never had to reset admin password. My customer purchased a a voice mail on eBay. No idea what the password was. The vendor sells only. No ideas of passwords. Need some help.

Did you try the default password first?
