I have a customer who has switched their e-mail exchange server to Outlook 365 which has broken unified messaging has anyone dealt with this as far as setup in outlook 365
Run a trace to see if the mail server is doing when the Stratagy makes contact with it. PM me if you need help with it.
Outlook 365 can be a little tricky. A trace is important to see what is happening on the Stratagy side.
Here is some information from Outlook 365, but even if you get it working this way, email messages could be getting flagged as Junk.
