Toshiba CIX40 Voicemail Auto Attendant Programming Question - 08/15/22 12:56 AM
Hello everyone! I have a question about my Toshiba CIX40 phone system. I would like to program the auto attendant with my CIX40 voicemail system but I do not have the correct voicemail software for it. What I am wondering is can you program the auto attendant through a phone set being the messages and the routing of what phone set will ring when a certain digit on a phone is pressed through the voicemail administration menu? Also, just out of curiosity, is there software available for download for my CIX40 voicemail card? I already have the cable for it that would connect from my laptop to the voicemail card. If not, if I am able to program it from a phone set, can someone please briefly explain to me how to do that? Thanks so much in advance everyone!
